The Virginia Safe Wildlife Corridors Collaborative (VSWCC) aims to not only reduce wildlife-vehicle conflicts, but also to work towards implementing measures that allow the safe movement of wildlife across roads. Wildlife crossings are one of the most successful ways of doing this.

VSWCC is interested in habitat connectivity measures for all species of wildlife, big and small.
VSWCC partners keep informed about current policy and regulation proposals that may have an impact on wildlife habitat connectivity or wildlife-vehicle collision mitigation.
